I’ve been dreaming about a wax seal signet ever since I started writing letters earlier this year. I looove this Swallows one from Mister Robinson. It feels fresh and new but also nostalgic at the same time.
It wasn’t until I saw a signet with a rotating bead that I got excited to actually make one. A flipping component in a signet? That would be so so fun.

Received my casting from Sculpteo. The casting was great - amazing finish. However, I had to pay for tariffs afterwards, that cost almost as much as the casting!
I plan to make the center disk out of wax so I’ve put this on hold for the moment while my studio is (still) under construction.

I started making designs on Blender. It honestly feels so much simpler than the card case I made earlier this year. I went through a few prototypes before sending it be printed and cast.
My only gripe is that this would have been the perfect project to make in wax. However, alas, my studio is still under construction and all my tools are tucked away in a cramped space. Maybe I’ll make another one later in the year if this goes well! !
