A digital garden is an online, often personal web-space where users share and develop thoughts and ideas in progress

It is a more recentform of blogging where instead of polished entries, users engage inmore free-form, unfinished, and playful reflection and sharing. Thegardening approach is used, for example, to conceptualize onlinespaces where seeds (or thoughts) are nurtured and grown, crossfertilization of formerly separate entries allow for new reflections,and gardening processes require constant care to flourish
